I have known about BeeLine for years but hadn't been a customer until this week. I was able to get in the day after I called to get front struts installed (I supplied the parts) and an alignment for my 2013 Genesis coupe. A couple of hours after I dropped my car off I got a call saying that they couldn't do the work because of a problem with the parts I dropped off. It turns out that the seller on Amazon had sent me rear BMW shocks in the boxes for the Bilstein struts that I had ordered (story for another day). When I picked up my car there was no charge. I ordered another set of struts and when I received them I called BeeLine and made another appointment to install the new struts and get the alignment. I am so happy with the service and quality of work done on my car and have nothing but good things to say about BeeLine. I absolutely recommend them and will be a customer in the future.
