I've been around, countries, cities etc. The only time I felt totally in the loop, I was explained the situation (I'm no mechanic), the only time my guard came down and I felt total trust was at Beeline in San Diego. I see now why they have generations of customers coming back to them, and drivers bringing their cars from other cities as well, not just locals... I'm hours away, but next time my car needs attention, I'm driving back there.

Here we are 3 years since my last review and Beeline is still our go to place for brakes for both the pick up truck and my Ford Focus. I never have to worry about getting ripped off or wondering "did I really need what they did to the vehicle". Is it proper to hug the guys at Beeline? I guess I'll just leave a 5 star review :-)

I LOVE the guys at Beeline! I am a fairly regular customer and I bring my Dodge Ram and my boyfriend's VW Passat down regularly for oil changes and anything else needed. Beeline is always prompt and thorough, and once or twice, they've cut me a deal when they could. As a female, it's sometimes tough to find a garage you can trust not to rip you off-- These guys have won my trust and have my confidence. I feel like they're looking after me.I discovered this business when I moved to San Diego last year. I was looking for a place that was able to do a tire alignment on an oversized truck and these guys came to the rescue. I've been with them ever since!I always call ahead and make an appointment with them, just to make things flow, but they've never told me, "We're too busy", so I'm not sure if it's even necessary. They're always hard at work, but they always manage to get me in/out pretty quickly. I usually don't wait around, but they call to let me know when my truck is ready, and it's usually before I'm done with whatever errand I left to run while waiting. The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired, but it's enclosed and beats sitting in the sun. This is a no-frills neighborhood garage with great work ethic, genuinely down to earth mechanics, and good customer service. They can also add you to a mailing list to remind you when your vehicle is coming due for services again.

A certain Ford dealership who is located right around the corner insisted I needed new rotors - even though my 12 year old Sport Trac had just barely 40k miles on it. And of course, my rotors were the very expensive kind. The long story short: Beeline replaced my front brake pads with no problem, saving me quite a bit of money and my truck drives great. ($493 versus $138). I'd take my truck back here without any hesitation.

Took my car here for a brake job about a month ago. The service was fast and price was reasonable. The other day I was having a problem with my battery and decided to take my car here. They looked at it, but since they specialize in brakes, referred me to another shop. As I was leaving, Ben said that he wanted to try something. Fixed a few wires at no cost and said to see how that works. Been a week and the problem is fixed. Things like that don't happen at auto shops. These guys have earned my trust, and I will be bringing my car here from now on. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Top notch service. These guys really know the side of the car that we usually don't see. I had an annoying pop in my steering of my Saab that nobody else could track down nor fix. BeeLine did it! Professionals who take pride in their work and put the customer first. Really nice guys too! I recommend without reservation. Trust your car to these guys. You'll be glad you did..

These guys watch your back and make sure your car is in working condition. They are not out to take anyone's money, but to wrench for the love of cars. Great work!! And if you're looking to do an alignment, there techniques work better than those stupid digital ones and other major name alignment shops.

Life savers after I had another alignment shop rip me off!! The other shop left my BMW 325 rear trailing arm loose after an "alignment" & it sounded like the wheel was gonna fall off!! Beeline diagnosed (I had no idea what it was, but knew it was bad) & tightened it right away, so I had them align my car all over again (since the other shop obviously was poor quality) & they found the toe adjustment was so off (by 1/2") that my brand new tires would've been destroyed in a month!!Danny, the Owner was very kool, all the guys super professional & knowledgeable on BMW's, and their shop is impeccable. But their honesty is what won me over... the other shop said I needed new front wheel bushings & struts ($600+). I was very surprised since my car had been riding fine, especially with 4 new tires... Beeline confirmed that my bushings & struts were fine & didn't need to be replaced yet.I'm gonna fight to get a refund at the other shop & now I have an awesome mechanic for my recently purchased 2004 BMW. This is what Yelp is for!!

"Fast, fair, honest." Words seldom used in the auto repair industry truly apply to Beeline Brake Alignment & Maintenance. Such an awesome experience to always be able to trust their word and their work. To know the charges are reasonable and fair and that they only do what is needed. Reasons my wife and I have had work done by them for over 35 years!

I loved the service I got at Bee Line. They were extremely courtesy, got me in and out quickly and gave me some helpful hints on how to maximize the life of my tires and get more miles per gallon. THANKS BEE LINE!!!! I will definitely be using them again.
